A few things we can't do over the phone.

Just so we're not wasting each other's time —

  • We can't pre-approve you for a place. Approvals require a written application. Start one →
  • We can't show you a unit that hasn't been listed yet. That would be creepy and weird. When something opens up, it goes on the rentals page and the major sites the same day. Following us there is the fastest way to know.
  • We can't accept maintenance requests over voicemail. Use the request form so it gets routed correctly. Emergencies are the exception - text (937) 203-0868 anytime.
  • We can't quote rent for an unlisted property. Pricing depends on the unit and market timing — we set it when we list, not before.
